If you hold an account with Organic Minerals the online facility is available to account holders when using login and password.  Enter Login & Password for access.

Method of payment

Organic Minerals accepts payment by bank transfer, cheque, EFT or credit card (Visa or Mastercard). We also accept Amex with a 2% + GST transaction fee at time of order only (not available for online orders).

Payment by EFT, Visa or MasterCard is our preferred method of payment.

 

1. Wholesale Account Eligibility

Wholesale pricing is available only to registered businesses, including but not limited to:

  • Health food stores
  • Supplement retailers
  • Fitness and wellness professionals
  • Distributors or resellers with a valid ABN

All accounts are subject to approval by Organic Minerals Australia Pty Ltd.

 

2. Freight & Shipping

  • Free Freight is available for wholesale orders over $800.00 AUD (ex. GST).
  • Orders under $800.00 AUD (ex. GST) will be charged shipping, based on the freight rate at the time of dispatch. This ensures fairness and accuracy, especially for varying order sizes, locations, and carrier fees.
  • Shipping charges will be itemised and show on the invoice.

Please note: Freight costs may vary depending on delivery location, parcel weight, dimensions, and courier rates. Express shipping or delivery to remote/regional areas may attract additional fees.

 

3. Partial Stock & Freight Threshold

If an order cannot be fully fulfilled due to temporary stock unavailability, and the remaining items result in a total under $800.00 AUD (ex.GST):

  • Free shipping will no longer apply, and freight will be charged at cost based on the items dispatched.
  • Customers may choose to:
  • 1. Proceed with available items, with shipping charged; accordingly, or
  • 2. Wait until full stock becomes available to qualify for free freight; or
  • 3. Adjust or substitute items to meet the $800.00 threshold.

We will contact you prior to dispatch to confirm how you wish to proceed.

 

4. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required prior to dispatch, unless credit terms have been approved.
  • Accepted payment methods include EFT, credit card, or other approved methods.
  • Late payments may incur interest charges and may result in account suspension.

 

5. Prepayment for first order

·        Prepayment Requirement:
All new customers are required to remit full payment in advance for their first order prior to the opening of an account with credit terms. This prepayment acts as confirmation of the customer’s commitment and allows us to establish a reliable payment record.

·        Credit Account Activation:
Upon successful completion and full payment of the initial order, customers may apply for credit terms. Approval of credit accounts is subject to Organic Minerals Australia Pty Ltd credit evaluation process and discretion.

·        Risk Management:
This prepayment policy protects both parties by mitigating financial risk and ensuring the integrity of the credit arrangement.

Continuation of Terms:
Once credit terms are established, all subsequent orders will be invoiced according to the agreed credit terms unless otherwise specified.

 

6. Credit account 14-day payment terms

  • All approved wholesale accounts will operate on 14-day payment terms from the date of invoice, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Payment must be made in full within 14 calendar days to avoid disruption to your account.
  • Accepted payment methods include EFT, credit/debit card, or other approved methods by Organic Minerals Australia Pty Ltd

 

7. Late Payments

  • Invoices not paid within the 14-day term may incur:
    • Interest charges
    • Account suspension
    • Withholding of future orders until the balance is cleared
  • Repeated late payments may result in a review of your account status or revocation of payment terms.

 

8. Pricing

  • All wholesale prices are listed exclusive of GST, unless otherwise stated.
  • Recommended Retail Prices (RRP) are listed inclusive of GST.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in:
    • Exchange rates
    • Raw material and production costs
    • Supplier pricing
    • Promotional campaigns or seasonal sales

We advise wholesale customers to regularly review invoices for the most up-to-date pricing.

 

9. Claims for Missing or Damaged Stock

  • All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving goods.
  • Claims made outside of this 48-hour window will not be accepted.
  • Claims must be submitted via email with supporting evidence (e.g. photos, delivery docket/invoice).

 

10. Refunds & Exchanges Policy

Refunds and exchanges will not be issued under the following circumstances:

1. Claims for defective or missing items are made after 48 hours of receiving the order.

2. The product has been opened, used, or sampled, and the customer does not enjoy or wish to keep the product.

3. The customer changes their mind or made an error in ordering or delivery/contact details.

4. Delivery takes longer than expected, and the customer no longer wishes to receive the order.

5. The product price has changed after the order was placed due to exchange rate fluctuations or sales/promotions.

6. The order has been returned to sender, and the customer has not made contact within 1 week of notification.

7. The returned order takes more than 2 weeks to be returned to our warehouse.

8. Organic Minerals Australia is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of goods left unattended at delivery premises.

 

 11. Backorders & Out-of-Stock Items

  • Items that are temporarily unavailable may be backordered or removed from the invoice.
  • Customers will be notified of any out-of-stock items and given the option to:
    • Backorder for later delivery
    • Replace with alternative product (if applicable)
    • Be notified when stock is available

 

12. Product Information & Disclaimer

  • Product information provided in catalogues, price lists, marketing material, and on our website is based on details supplied by manufacturers and suppliers.
  • While we take care to ensure accuracy, we do not accept liability for errors or misstatements originating from suppliers.
  • All information regarding dietary or nutritional claims (e.g. gluten-free, organic, dairy-free) is provided as a reference only. Please check product labels directly before sale or consumption.
  • Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may not reflect the final product packaging or presentation.

 

13. Marketing & Brand Representation

  • Approved wholesale customers may use Organic Minerals’ logos, product images, and marketing content strictly for promotional purposes.
  • These materials may not be altered or used inappropriately without prior written consent.
  • Resellers must accurately represent Organic Minerals products and not advertise below RRP without approval.

 

14. Private Label Terms

  • Private labelling is only available via a separate agreement.
  • Custom branding, packaging, and formulations are subject to:
    • Written approval
    • Minimum order quantities (MOQs)
    • Extended lead times and additional fees

 

15. Storage & Handling

  • Products must be stored in cool, dry conditions, away from direct sunlight and contaminants.
  • Some products such as Alkaliser need to be handled with care especially during hot and humid seasons, product may require a steady temperature for storage depending on environment in which the product is stored and presented, refrigeration is the best option if store is to hot/humid or subject to consistent temperature fluctuations, this avoids product from hardening.
  • Improper storage that affects product quality will void return or refund eligibility.

 

16. Intellectual Property & Brand Use

  • All trademarks, logos, product names, and marketing assets remain the property of Organic Minerals Australia Pty Ltd.
  • Resellers may not reproduce, alter, or create derivative works without written approval.

 

17. Confidentiality

  • All pricing, promotional details, and account agreements are strictly confidential.
  • Wholesale clients must not disclose or share this information with third parties.

 

18. Force Majeure

  • Organic Minerals shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
    • Natural disasters
    • Pandemics
    • Supplier shortages
    • Transportation disruptions
    • Government regulations or actions

 

19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Organic Minerals Australia Pty Ltd shall not be held liable for any:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Product misuse or misrepresentation
  • Health claims not supported by regulated evidence

Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

20. Termination of Wholesale Account

Organic Minerals reserves the right to suspend or terminate wholesale accounts at any time due to:

  • Breach of terms and conditions
  • Repeated late payments
  • Inactivity exceeding 12 months

The information supplied by Organic Minerals Australia Pty Ltd including, but not limited to, websites, flyers, product labels, and catalogues is intended for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical or legal advice.

22. Policy Updates

Organic Minerals Australia reserves the right to:

  • Update or modify product specifications, pricing, and availability at any time without prior notice.
  • Amend these Terms & Conditions when required. Wholesale partners will be notified of major changes where applicable.

GST

GST is applicable to certain products in accordance with Australian Taxation Office Guidelines and will be displayed on invoice as tax code GST meaning product contains GST.
